I had a panel interview and they had one script of questions to ask. The questions are very robotic and nothing really surprised me. However, be prepared for questions like "how you think about the poor people." Some questions can be very broad and ask about your value.

The interview was short and routine. They each asked a set of assigned questions, mainly about why you want to work there, what causes poverty, what you would do specifically to change the housing situation, etc.
