      Interview

Great and fast with presentation required. Can be a little extra because of presentation but interviewers are mostly cool and welcoming. Mostly prepare for any questions you have and how the team works.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Legend Biotech (Raritan, NJ) in Apr 2026

      Interview

I am a legend employee for the last 3 years, and I was looking at a way to internally move into another QA role to better my skillset. I knew everyone from the team and even shadowed and took the opportunity to learn more about the role before applying. Once I found out there was an internal position that QA was back-filling, I took the first step and applied. I got a panel interview, and everything was going in the right direction. I was even told by the panelist after the interview was conducted that I had done a great job and to wait for the next steps. I ended up waiting for 2-3 weeks and got the automated response saying that they were not going forward with my application. When I emailed and contacted HM and HR for feedback, all I got was crickets and no clear response on why I did not get the role. All I am saying is there is a lot of corporate politics that play into the decision-making process. If you know the heads of the department, you'll be fine, but do not expect them to be fair if you don't know anyone here. Even if you know the supervisor or associate manager, they will also be swayed by their department managers/directors to hire someone they know.
