After completing the Indeed assessments it took them over a week to find a suitable time for an online interview. The MD was late over 10 minutes, but after a nice interview, I was invited for a site interview for the next day which I was really looking forward. I was checking the map trough the morning just to be sure I'll get there in time - as I hate to be late - I left from home 15 minutes earlier to allow myself enough time to find the right place. Due to the road works on the main road leading to the company - which were not shown on the map - I was late 10 minutes. After arriving I've been told by a warehouse member I'm not having any interview as I was late. They did not even let me to explain the reason why I was late which is really upsetting,
