The process was over the phone, asked about my experience and when I’d be able to come down for my orientation. The process was pretty quick and I was able to start the following week.

Asked about experience, mvr report, & what route I was interested in.
Very quick easy and simple as any other mega company. They just want to verify work history and see that you actually have experience you say you do. So far the only board process has been smooth and the recruiter is really nice.
