applied via craigslist was contacted to schedule interview after interview given a full day trial interview, out on the field selling door to door. They give you no information pertaining to position they just say management position. Does not provide salary commission plan benefits or gas reimbursement just tell you you got the job and told to come in following day to work.

Interview
You can send a resume by email and set up and interview from there. Once you arrive for the interview you will fill out an application and wait about 15 minutes for no particular reason. You will be interviews. Question relate to where you see yourself in the next few years. What type of things you want in life. In general, I think they just want to know that you are hungry and want to make lots of money. Think a hustler who can sell anything to anyone. Dress however you want.
The next step after being approved is a day trial.
My day trial consisted of riding around with a "manager" and peer, stopping at every business in an area to try to sell them prints.... that you are taking from the trunk of a car.
