Legl interview questions

The interview process was informative and efficient. I learned a lot about the business goals and the product itself and the impact it’s having. I got the opportunity to meet lots of different people within the org structure and everyone was really nice and helpful.

I interviewed for this role in December last year. I got through the first two stages with the TA Manager and Head of People. I was told that they were really keen on me and booked me in for a third interview where I was to give a presentation. After working on my presentation over the weekend, the interview had to be cancelled due to personal reasons on their end - no biggie. After waiting a month for next steps and being told they were keen on me, I was sent an email that I was unsuccessful due to particular reasons (which they would have known after the first two interviews). I spent time on my weekend putting together a presentation and didn't even get the opportunity to present it. Disgraceful way to treat people and indicative of a talent team that don't know what they're doing.
