You're invited to the football club lounge where the interview is hosted. You sign in at the reception and you're taken up in groups to the lounge. There will be lots of people interviewing or waiting to interview - something like 50 people in the room. When its your turn you are sat across from one of the members of the team and they ask you something like basic 5 questions.
