Lendkey Technologies interview questions

Completely unorganized process - the communication was some of the worst I've dealt with across my career. After applying for the position, the recruiter emailed to setup a phone screen and I provided availability. My email was never responded to so I followed up again and we scheduled a 30-minute call which went well - basic info about myself, why I was interested in the role, etc. She was unsure of next steps in the interviewing process (who I would speak with next) so I waited about a week before following up. She responded a few days later that she was connecting with the team and would follow up. Over two weeks later she finally emailed me back to schedule an interview with the hiring manager which she then stated a day/time in email and sent a calendar invite for a different day. I spoke with the hiring manager but during the conversation realized the role was not a good fit. I never heard back following my interview with the hiring manager and since I was not interested in the role, I never followed up either especially since I wasn't likely to get a response anyways.

The information they provide you with during interviews are not accurate. They bait you in by lying about work environment and they set you up for disappointment. Its a very aggravating experience and I would not recommend working with Lendkey. Horrible experience and time wasted
