Interview
Straightforward and pleasant. The interview stressed the importance of the relational and cultural fit. The tecnical aspect was touched briefly towards the end of the interview. 2 rounds of interview with the regional office followed by a group assessment.
The interviewers were friendly. They asked thoughtful questions. There were 2 rounds in total excluding HR's initial screening. After the interviews were completed, the verbal offer came in a few days.
