I started by submitting an online application, followed by an initial technical assessment. After passing that, I went through three more interview stages and a final technical assessment. The first interview focused on my technical background and experience. The second was more personality-driven, assessing cultural fit through behavioral and situational questions. The third was an executive interview with the CEO, who shared insights about the company’s mission and long-term vision. After the interviews, I entered a two-week technical assessment period where I was assigned real-world tasks to work on. It was a thorough and engaging process that gave me a good sense of what working at the company would be like.

Technical Assessment. This is a take home assessment which is to be submitted within a week. I had to back-off from the entire process after making some findings about the recruitment culture. Its a complete waste of time. Number one red flag is that the role is mostly open.
