Pretty tough interviewing process, the people were nice, but some of the questions and expectations were high. I believe that they are looking for top of the line talent. They are curious about what tools you have worked with and how you can deliver value to the business.

Did codility assessment for the first round. Was then rejected a week later even after performing well on the assessment. Overall felt like a waste of time with the rejection being due to my graduation year which they knew before asking me to do the assessment.
