Interviewed in person in front of multiple managers, then a follow up with the department head after. The interview wasn't too bad, just situational questions for customer service and how I would handle/react in different situations.

Interview
I felt extremely comfortable talking to the interviewers and getting to know more about the company. It seemed like the type of culture that I was looking for in a company, and I could tell that they offered a lot of support for new employees just learning the ropes.
