Lenoir County School District interview questions

Emailing first, then phone interview, finally interview with a panel. I had waited for 2 weeks, then I was offered the job and I accepted. I felt cheated on the salary as I had Masters degree but was paid only Bachelors level salary despite taking classes in a very needy and rare subject area.
