One interview with recruiter, nice enough person, but she blasted as many questions as she could in 20 minutes, letting the AI notetaker do the work. Then I was told there could be up to 5 rounds of interviews, including a work assessment where I detail a marketing plan for a client--free work that always bothers me, seeing how I submitted an extensive portfolio. Got a form rejection a few days later. Between the above and negative Glassdoor/Reddit reviews of the company I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Question 1
How would I explain my marketing plans to a client.
I could only make it through the HR round since I wasn't available for the assessment centre dates. The process was smooth, and the HR person even shared the result of the round immediately, given the upcoming assessment centre.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lenus eHealth (Hamburg) in May 2025
