Longer process overall but clear throughout. Good follow-up, clear offer, willing to talk at any point. Met with multiple people over the course of 5 interview sessions. Did a good job getting me more excited as we went along.

Screen call, mock discovery call, final interview. The interviewers didn't have the most experience conducting an interview asking strange questions at time that lean more to personal fit than skill.
