The interview process was lengthy and multi-step, spanning over a month for a role I had already held in similar capacity before. It began with a brief HR screening, followed by a virtual portfolio review with the Creative Director, then an in-person interview with a project manager and two art directors. It concluded with an extensive design exercise for an upcoming campaign. Communication was friendly at first but became inconsistent as the process went on. Ultimately, I wasn’t selected, and feedback was only provided after I requested it directly; which took considerable time to receive and amounted to little more than being told they chose a less-qualified candidate.
