Lever 1 interview questions

I spoke with HR after applying on LinkedIn. The people seemed okay. They were definitely better in the interview than once I started working there. It didn't seem like there were any "typical" questions. It kind of seemed like they were just "winging it". I got the job and took it but more out of desperation.

The first contact was a phone screening with the HR manager. After it seemed like a good job fit, there was an in person with a direct supervisor as well as the president of the company. It was a very relaxed interview, that did a great job explaining the role and how I would fit in the organization.
