1-2 hour conversation with person from HR, Personality test quiz, technical quiz(multi choice) on laptop - basic questions including OOP Java Javascript HTTP HTML CSS SQL, and at the end technical interview with Department manager and senior developer

Question 1
OOP, Exception handling, Java Collections, RDBMS, Spring MVC...
First you answer some technical knowledge test, that takes about an hour. Mostly basic knowledge of java, mysql and web protocols. After that you talk with someone from HR department about your experience and what are the requirements for the possition they are hiring. Half of that conversation is in english.
If you pass the test, you get another interview with the lead programmer. If not, you get an email with some details on what you should improve.
