Interview
The HR hiring people really focused on people that were nice, smiling and had experience upselling items. Whether it be wines from a previous employing restaurant or even sales in general. It definitely helps to know someone within Levy to refer you. They are also impressed if you bring some sort of "letter of recommendation" from previous exceptional service you may have provided.

Open call for Levy in general on site. Smaller round table style for premium service. One on one interview with direct manager a possibility. Make yourself stand out as they see many candidates.

What is your best example of a time you provided premium service?
The interview process was Super easy- I just did online apps. There were online trainings required and a phone call was conducted for the remaining interview. I do not recall any crazy questions, just the basics like experience and expectations
