The process was a bit elongated due to scheduling conflicts, which caused the experience to be negatively tampered with. On the other hand, the conversation was great but did not move forward in a positive manner.
Our interview process begins with an initial call to discuss my background and aspirations. Then, they assess my skills and character through practical tasks and interviews. Following that, I meet various team members to ensure a cultural fit. Finally, I have a discussion with senior leadership to explore my future contributions and long-term vision within the company.

The hiring manager is very personable and kind, but he is terrible at communicating during the interview process. He randomly didn't respond to me for long periods of time despite moving me forward in the interview process. Also, its worth mentioning that this is a brand new team and its clear the hiring manager doesn't really know what he is looking for.
The process involved a few calls with the hiring manager and an incredibly vague case study.
Despite making it through the final round and being promised a response in a couple days the hiring manager ultimately ghosted me.
