I got message from HR recruiter Sara in LinkedIn and I applied to the job as it was exactly matching my skills. I promptly attended the technical interview with the product owner Curtin, Zachary. No proper introductions or no proper discussed on the job responsibilities.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. During the technical interview, the panel asked only two brief questions and then stated they had no further questions. The interaction lasted only a few minutes, which made it feel as though the position may have already been filled or the outcome had been predetermined.
I value my time and preparation, and I believe candidates deserve a fair and thorough evaluation process. This experience left me feeling that the interview was not conducted with genuine intent to assess my qualifications.
I hope Liberty Bank reviews its interview practices to ensure that candidates’ time and effort are respected and that all applicants are given equal opportunity to present their skills.
