Liberty Financial Customer Service Specialist interview questions

Advertised as a graduate position for business and commerce graduates. Was told over the phone that it is a call centre job but their is opportunity to transition into another position as well as occasionally shadow my desired department. 3 stage interview process with a new pair of interviewers each round. 1st interview I was told there is career growth in my desired department but chances were slim. Made it to the second round and the new set of interviewers elaborated that growth within the position is just a team lead. Very frustrating process overall, wish they advertised the job more accurately to save both our times.
