phone call with human resources representative, then series of virtual interviews, with branch management/ supervisors. after completion of interviews there was customer service and basic math skill testing simulation activity upon first initial interviews
Applied online ,I completed one interview with multiple supervisors. Went through my resume then answered their various questions. The interview was about one hour long but was not too difficult if you know your stuff and can answer basic behavioral questions
