Their internal recruiter reached out to me directly to discuss the role the company was offering. I replied expressing interest and after some back and forth exchanges, provided the recruiter with my contact information and they said they would call me on X date at X time. The call date came and the recruiter did not call and missed our scheduled meeting. After several follow-up messages & emails sent to the recruiter, they then responded after almost 10 days (completely unprofessional) saying that the company is now only entertaining junior level hires for the team.
