I wouldn't call it a typical interview, more like a discussion. Dan, the interviewer was friendly and seemed genuinely honest. Advised what the pros and cons were and made no promises. I met one employee who was very friendly. One receptionist was as helpful as she could possibly be and the other, well let's just say she had a lot to be desired. Not one desktop or laptop available for use to fill out the application. I decided decided to not rush in and do a bit of research. There are more advanced devices on the market that are less expensive. I can only assume Life Alert is as popular as it is because of its history. I understand that the main audience is of advanced age but automation from the interview / onboarding process to the processing of the final contract should be implemented.
