      Health Advisor Interview

      16 Oct 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Las Vegas, NV
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Life Extension (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2015

      Interview

waste of time...spent 45 minutes answering science questions only to find out four days later that i wasn't hired. Why bother studying and answering science questions when they aren't going to hire you anyway. It was a waste of time for me because I knew all of the questions and answered them correctly as well. Science and chemistry is my forte so i knew all of the answers. I personally dont think they can afford to really pay a health advisor. they are just looking for a phone receptionist. For me the biggest regret is MY time they wasted for 3 weeks. I did an online survey and test and then received a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes and then the following week a 45 minute interview with 2 different people. I realized that even if u know all of the answers they might not hire you at all because they already have in mind who they want and it is someone they already know or are friends with even if they are not qualified. From the reviews sounds like they change employees every year so this isn't a place that will provide you with a stable job.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Extension (Las Vegas, NV)

      Interview

I am a weight management consultant. I was recruited by HR via email. We arranged a phone call and all of my questions were answered. Afterward an interview with two Doctors was arranged, giving me only 4 days to study a broad range of topics. I read and studied every night between work and kids. The phone interview was full of questions regarding lab tests and blood panels. I didn't go to school for that. I wish I had known.

      Question 1

Questions are very medical & scientific based greatly on blood tests, lab readings and results regarding hormones, cells, cellular aging process.
