They ask you questions about your experience and then you have an audition (2nd part of interview) where you basically work in the kids center for an hour so they can see how you interact with kids.

What is a quality you did you are better than everyone else and why?
We appreciate your feedback! It’s great to hear that your interview experience felt comfortable and straightforward. We strive to keep our conversations both meaningful and relaxed, while giving candidates the opportunity to showcase their skills and experiences.
They just call you in to talk about your experience on your resume (1st interview), then they call you back for an audition(you just work in kids club for an hour so they can see how you are with kids) if you made it past the first interview.
