Basic interview of past school, experience, etc. No major requirements needed.
Just need to go through general behavioural experiences of the past... how you work with people, how you work in teams, how you handle issues, etc.

Describe a time when you had an issue with another employee or classmate, and what you did to resolve this issue.
Easy, ask you question about kids safety. Super nice managers but does not care of when can you work. Told them my avablitily took them a month to scheduled me
Easy. It was more like a conversation about my experience and how I would handle situations with behavior and if a child did not want to come in or if they were having a hard time
Very easy but two rounds one with department and one with General Manager but both have behavioral questions and mostly assess your personality and traits. Don’t need any preparation just know your past experiences
