Unnecessary interviews with meaningless information. They have you recite the mission word for word and DOnt even know it themselves
They focus too much on the mission on not enough on what is expected of the employee

Laidback and only took about 20 minutes! Very nice staff and great interview process. First had an interview over the phone, then at Life Time, then a third with the general manager.

Interview
It was a two person interview process; one with the manager and one with the general manager. I thought this was odd for entry level. You also have to memorize the company slogan which is pretty long.
