I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Syosset, NY)
Interview
The interviewer asked straight forward behavioral questions, about previous experiences with children and your personality. They ask about why you want to work in the health/wellness industry and what you do to stay active

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for someone
They ask you questions about your experience and then you have an audition (2nd part of interview) where you basically work in the kids center for an hour so they can see how you interact with kids.

Question 1
Are you a self starter (are you able to do things without being asked to do them)?
We appreciate your feedback! It’s great to hear that your interview experience felt comfortable and straightforward. We strive to keep our conversations both meaningful and relaxed, while giving candidates the opportunity to showcase their skills and experiences.
They just call you in to talk about your experience on your resume (1st interview), then they call you back for an audition(you just work in kids club for an hour so they can see how you are with kids) if you made it past the first interview.

Question 1
Are you a self starter (can do things without being asked to)?
We appreciate you sharing your perspective. Our goal is to create an interview experience that feels comfortable while still allowing candidates to showcase their skills. We'll continue working to ensure the process feels both thorough and meaningful. Thank you again for your feedback!
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Sugar Land, TX)
Interview
screened 3 times: Online application with resume, short phone call interview, one group interview with the kids manager, one group interview with the location manager. All very light: they will ask everyone the same question and ask about your experiences. Only the phone interview looks over your resume.
