      Mechanical Engineer I Interview

      17 Sept 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Woodland, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LifePort (Woodland, WA) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Applied online through their portal. I mistakenly applied for Mechanical Engineering II at first, they reached out and set up an interview with me for an Mechanical Engineering I position that I did not see on their site. Had a phone interview with their interviewing manager for about 30-45 minutes. Basic questions about my current situation with education and experience and went over what the position would consist of. Next interview was a few weeks later and we did it on a video call since I was gone. Spoke with the engineering manager, another engineer, and the nice lady in HR who was setting it all up. Next phone call was with their GM just asking basic questions and introduction - he asked if I had any questions about lifeport. Then they let me set up a tour of the facility since I was back in the area. Got an offer about a week or so after that.
