The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LifeSave Transport
Interview
The initial responses were good and quick. The interview was with a NON-CLINICAL upper management person who has no health care background. She was nice and professional, but every health care job I have ever had, a clinical person has conducted the interview and asked questions to test my knowledge base to ensure the hiring of competent persons.
It took 3 weeks and me to reach out several times to get an offer. The communication was poor and not timely.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LifeSave Transport (Wichita, KS) in Mar 2018
Interview
Initially I received a response that my resume was received and then I was contacted to schedule the HR interview. After that, I had a second interview with the Training Manager that consisted mostly of technical questions. From there I had a third call with HR for the offer and pay/benefits discussion.
