Fairly easy, but Lifeshield is ADT now. So I'm sure the process is different. Sat down in an office, and they asked a couple of questions regarding experience and availability.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at LifeShield (Langhorne, PA) in May 2014
Interview
They ask you questions based on your resume solely and asked customer service behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were based on past call center experiences, conflicts and resolutions from them.

Question 1
What was the worst experience with a customer that you've had in the call center, and how did you turn it around?
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at LifeShield (Yardley, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Received the interview through a recruiter.
One two person interview for about an hour, and then another interview with two people separately a couple days later.
Questions consisted of programming background, architectural knowledge. No skills test.
Interview went very well, and everyone was kind, was expecting a call the next day, but did not receive a job offer and don't know why.
