phone interview and was pretty basic . The questions were aimed at how you deal with stressful situations and how you practice self care. I found it pretty straight forward and the interviewer was easy to talk to and I felt pretty comfortable. They basically want to know if you take care of your own mental health since you will be working with patients in a mental health setting.
