you go back and sit in the photo room on a chair while 1 or 2 manager ask you questions. its more of a fun conversation. don't worry too much but be ready to say why you want to work there and share your experience on why you would be a good fit.

Test plus 2 interviews in person, there was a panel interview and also a skills test. The test was really one of the hardest I have completed for a job position

Interview
Very quick process - emailed in my resume to manager, went in for an interview (about 20 minutes long), very easy interview with all the basic questions; why you want to work here, revenant past experience, etc. They often hire high school graduates (which I was at the time), so there weren't any tricky or unusual interview questions.
