A questionnaire, followed by a quick phone call to schedule an interview person interview. It took 1 hour in person at one of the support residences, meeting the manager and some of the service users.

Interview on site, sil part of lifeways. Process they are really friendly face to face but this doesn't reflect the outcome. You have to wear PPE a mask whilst interviewed. The room gets disinfected after interview. You don't need to bring anything. You have to outwardly be confident
