Pretty streamlined. No screening interview. Met via Teams with the COO. After the interview, I received an invitation to come to the corporate offices for an in-person interview. I was ghosted after the in-person interview. I have a real issue with the ghosting of a candidate who has invested the time to travel for an-person meeting. This shows a complete lack of respect for the candidate.
