I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant conversation with the HR. This interview changed my thoughts for OTA insight radically and badly. First of all, on the first day we arranged the meeting, HR did not come to the meeting and made me wait. Later, she sent me an e-mail and asked us to postpone the meeting to another day. During the interview she was very careless and didn't listen to me and what's worse she started talking to someone (probably her bf or partner) else during the interview and blew this person a kiss during the interview. I was very shocked by such an unprofessional attitude and did not know how to react. In addition, although she stated that she would get back to me within 3 days, she certainly did not get back to me. So, you can imagine her responsiveness and responsibility. I hope this comments make things change and bring some standardisation and code of conduct the interviews you conduct. The level of disrespect...

Tell me about yourself? Why are you interested in working at OTA Insight?
I have failed on a interview for a senior position, mostly due to missing experience in certain tech stack, but still I had a positive experience, and we shared each other feedbacks. As I was quite interested with them and worked extensively on technologies required for the role, a year after, wanted to apply again, this time for a lower level position. Had a very good screening interview with HR, normally you'd expect it will be followed up with a technical interview. However, I have been rejected by showing last year's verbatim copy feedback as an excuse. If they're already blacklisting previous candidates, they shouldn't invite for screening, as this is waste of time for both sides.
