The interview was 4 stages: 1. Call with the Lightspeed recruiter (30 mins) 2. Behavioural interview with hiring managers (1 hour) 3. Case study presentation (30 mins) 4. Cultural interview (1 hour) Everyone was so welcoming and invested in you right from the beginning. You always heard back 1-2 days post interview.
