It started with a 30-minute HR call, followed by a 1-hour technical round, then a take-home assessment, and finally a hiring manager round. Before signing the offer letter, I also had a 30-minute call where all the benefits were clearly discussed. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The interview process at Lightspeed was very smooth. I had three rounds: one with the hiring manager, one coding round, and one system design round. My interviewers were very professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Applied online, and had screening call with Priyanka as the Talent Partner. She was polite and approachable throughout the process. I met with the hiring manager next, followed by a technical interview and an architectural design interview. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I felt Lightspeed really respected my time, with no over the top take-home technicals, but with a smooth and efficient process. Also of note: In my screening I mentioned that my partner was due to be in labour for our first born at any moment. Priyanka and the team were both very accommodating and congratulatory.
