The interview process consisted of four stages: - Initial conversation with the recruiter - Technical assessment with the team (coding exercises, technical questions) - Interview with the team manager - Final session with the technical team (focused on architecture and problem-solving discussions) Interview processes can often be daunting, but the team at Lightspeed designs questions that encourage critical thinking and allow you to articulate your thought process. This approach provides room to showcase your experience without the pressure of delivering a “perfect” answer immediately. I had engaging conversations with the team; they created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to feel at ease and confidently demonstrate my expertise.

A pretty fair interview process. After a phone screen with the recruiter, I have an interview with one of the director. I was asked about my previous experience and projects that I had accomplished. The second interview with the team, was totally technical with a "hands-on" at the end. The third and last interview was with the direct manager where discussed more behavioural questions. In all stages I had the opportunity to ask so many questions and realised that everyone were aligned with the company and made me very comfortable to accept the offer.
