Got invited to the first round with the hiring manager. The hiring manager rambled on for the first 20 minutes , then he said there is a project that you have to complete before moving on to the next round. The "project" is basically writing their sales script for them. I'm sorry but I am not giving up my work for free. I declined to move forward and did not complete the project. He also did not seem to know much about quota, daily calls or any kind of KPI's for the role which to me is a red flag as well.

Question 1
They asked about my background and how its relevant to the role
Vague overall and it was difficult to get any idea of what the role actually consisted of. Everyone is a man at this company which felt strange. Most people were very nice though.
Very difficult and a lot of interview stages. The interviewer were all very nice, very patient and sweet people, very considerate. The last round was with the CEO himself, basically checking up with the ambition and how motivated I was with Lightyear and where I wanna take LIghtyear in the future if given an opportunity to work full-time.
