First round is with HR, second is with Hiring Manager, final is a mock/demo presentation with the VP. I wouldn’t waste my time doing the presentation. They expect you to know so much about their company and to do all this research and prep for a 2.7 rated company that doesn’t have much structure or professional development in place.

Interview
Quick to schedule, recruiter was great but the second interview seemed unprofessional one of them was sick so it makes sense they weren't high energy or receptive but they were not engaged at all
I applied online. I interviewed at Lillio in Dec 2025
Interview
Had a phone interview in mid-December and was told I’d hear back. It’s now mid-January — exactly a month later — and still radio silence. The bare minimum is letting someone know they’re not the right fit. Ghosting after an interview isn’t a great look and shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
