• Panel Interview (45 min) – Cold call roleplay + Q&A with SDR manager and GTM lead
• Final Interview (30–40 min) – Zoom call with Director of Sales Dev, focused on team structure, expectations, and coaching style
I liked everyone I talked to. They were vague about quota attainment numbers. They stalled after the final interview & didn't make a decision a week after (when they said they would) so I took an offer elsewhere. Still, aside from the grind and high turnover aspects, it seems like a good place to work.
