Interview
Somewhat long (HR interview + Hiring Manager interview + 3x 30 min interview with 3 different departments' representatives + Warehouse interview with Hiring Manager and OM)
The last two interviews had hipothetical questions but there was never a case study.
HR was supportive but lacked a bit of transparency and some knowledge of the position.
Overall positive, with everyone being helpful and trying to make the interviews more comfortable as possible so that you can provide thoughtful answers.

Besides HR and personal questions about yourself: What are the main KPIs in this industry (typical industry questions to test you knowledge)? If you had to deal with the city council about/decrease impounds, how would you go about it?

Interview
The multi-stage interview process (5 1:1 rounds, 30 minutes each) was very informative and engaging, despite also being quite challenging due to the very practical questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.
