I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Limelight Health in Jun 2020
Interview
Due to COVID-19 didn't hear from them for months. Received an interview request from the recruiter which went well. The 2nd interview went well, but I felt it was a bit discriminatory. Did not hear back from them, which I think is very unprofessional. I wouldn't want to work for a company that shies away from giving feedback. In my opinion, it shows a lack of integrity.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Limelight Health (Redding, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very unprofessional and not courteous or respectful of other's time. I was referred to this company back in the middle of December 2019. After initial communication, it took them 3 weeks to get back to me to ask me to apply. After immediately applying, HR immediately rejected my application and then had to apologize since they found out I was referred by an employee. Then, they said they wanted to talk that same week, so I gave them dates. I don't hear from them at all that week and I reach out the following week, it takes them 3 days to respond before saying now they want to talk the following week. So, I give them dates/times again immediately, and I don't hear back from them until the following week, and we finally set something up. I have my initial call which was very basic where they simply read off each requirement in the job description and asked if I had experience. Basic screening. Then they said I'm moving on to the next steps and someone will be in touch within 24 hours. Well, 24 hours came, no response. 48 hours, no response. A week later I follow-up and guess what, no response. A week after that I reach out the employee that referred me and then finally he made someone follow-up with me. Now I have my second interview scheduled (another week out, of course), and that goes well. Ok great, now I'm supposed to be receiving a test that I have to take online and it's due by the end of the week. 24 hours pass, no test. 48 hours pass, no test. 72 hours pass, still no test. End of week comes, and I still haven't received the test I'm supposed to take. I e-mailed asking when I could expect to receive the test, and now, a week later, I still haven't heard anything from them. I know they said 80% of this company works remote, but this disregard for others' time and complete lack communication with repeated broken promises is simply disgraceful. I've now wasted 2 months of my time with this place; don't bother wasting any of yours.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When was a time when you feel you did your best work?
I applied online. I interviewed at Limelight Health
Interview
Long and in-depth., numerous people interviewed me. Many times I had to accommodate and reschedule the interview times. Everyone was pleasant enough but they were basically the same questions over and over. With a goofy/non-one thrown in the mix.
