Interview
The interview started really well, first conversation with hr from america went well, looked professional. Next interview a technical one with the manager - went well interesting questions and project. Third interview turned out to be a technical one without further notification - initially the communication was about having a friendly conversation with team members. According to this had no time for preparation and unexpected waste of time from both parties.

Interview
Held over Skype with the HR Recruiting Manager then face-to-face with the immediate manager, followed by an informal chat with the CTO. All three were very friendly and put me at ease. From my recollection, the questions were not overly difficult and it was a relaxing experience. This matches the overall experience of working for the company. Although formality is there when needed, it doesn't get in the way.
