Interview
I had a three part interview. The first was a phone interview with the area manager, which she basically told me it’s fast paced. Second was with the general manger & the third was the general manager & a fellow Customer Service Rep. All were formal.

Mainly questions regarding how you would handle a distraught patient, how you handle a heavy workload, if you have experience with insurance.
Person to person and they was very nice when it came to interview process and be up front with what you want as employee and how they help go further at lincare

Interview
Received a phone call and set a date for interview. Attended interview and was told I would be informed either way of their decision once all interviews were completed. Once completed I never heard back about whether or not I was hired so I assume I was not, but wasn't unexpected, most places do not call back to tell you they aren't hiring you.

Interview
Interviewer was friendly and upbeat. Easy to talk to answered all of my questions. She gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to the staff. It helped to give you the idea of how the work Environment would be like.
