Arrive at office, fill out application, gather in a classroom for a mini-lecture and training from the manager. Moderately difficult logic test, followed by a spelling test with real words and nonsense words. Manager gives brief overview of the company, then explains their learning methods. Role play with other applicants a tutoring technique. All the job details were described, finally ending with a very brief, no pressure "interview." The next day, I was called and offered the position.
