Interview
Met with the Operations Manager because the General Manager that I was supposed to interview with had to run out. The only problem is that I never got to interview with the decision maker for this position. I tried to reach out to the General Manager with no luck. I sent e-mails with no response.

They asked about my experience. Told me about the position and what the opportunity and expectations for this position were. The Operations Manager that interviewed me did not know a lot about the position that they were trying to fill, he was just told that morning that he would be doing this.
